Sausage House

The first Croatian sausage house in Sveti Petar u Šumi is the first such facility in Croatia, designed with the aim of researching, preserving and refining both the tradition and the contemporary practice of production and gastronomic valorization of sausages from Istria, Croatia, the regional environment and the whole world.
