Bažon-Wines

The "Bažon" family wine production is located near Gračišće in central Istria and has been involved in wine production for many years, gradually increasing our capacities over time. During wine tastings, our guests will learn about the most important phases of wine production. We will introduce them to varietal specificities, characteristics of the terroir, techniques we practice in our vineyard, and the technology we apply in the cellar. The wine tasting is led by our oenologist and trained sommelier, and presentations can also be made in English.
