The path of peasants - nobles

Pazin - Hrestenica - Češići - Bazgalji - Lopatari - Čuleti - Marcani - Čubanići - Brunići - Gračišće - Škljonki - Marečići - Ćusi - Pazinski Novaki - Rijavac - Pazin

From Pazin, we head towards Labin, then turn right parallel to the railway after the tracks. We follow the same asphalt road uphill then downhill then uphill then downhill. At the railway crossing, we go uphill on asphalt and come to an intersection where we continue uphill on the middle road and pass under the viaduct. We follow the same road uphill and emerge onto a plateau. We pass through the village of Kuhari and drive straight until Hrestenica. Leaving the village starts a macadam (white) road that leads us to the village of Češići. Before the village, there's a road intersection where we keep to the left. Upon reaching the asphalt in Bazgalji, we turn left on the road, then immediately right onto a side road through Lopatare and along Čulete to the village of Marcani. Here, we drive straight through the village and descend onto a dirt forest road which takes us to Milotski Brijeg. Just before the village, we turn at a sharp angle left onto a macadam road and drive all the way to the village of Čubanići. There, we turn left onto asphalt and then immediately right onto a macadam road to the village of Brunići. We ride on asphalt past Dončišće and Levine to a crossroads where we turn right for Gračišće. From Gračišće, we return the same way to the turn for Škljonke then through Marečići (be careful!) and Ćuse to Pazinski Novaki where, after crossing the railway, we come to the main road which we turn left on. Just before the next railway crossing, we turn right towards Zarečje, ride all the way to the center of the place where the church is located, and continue left from it downhill. We cross a concrete bridge and again come to the main road which we turn left into the Pazinčica valley. At the bottom of the downhill, we turn right onto a macadam road that brings us to Rijavac then left on asphalt into Pazin.

The trail is of medium difficulty and can be ridden in both directions. It takes about 4 hours to complete.

(!) The trail is partially overgrown on the Marcani - Milotski Brijeg section but can be ridden through with caution. Moreover, just before Milotski Brijeg, when you come out onto a clearing, there are numerous paths, so it's best to follow the one that looks most main. You need to come almost to the village itself to reach the macadam road that turns left at a sharp angle of 20% towards the village of Čubanići.
